Each human is unique and one of a kind. Our physical bodies contain the same framework to function, however, energetically we process uniquely. Many times we lack the understanding spiritually how to ensure that our emotional, mental and energetic selves can be cared for, healed, and maintained, as well as, how these issues affect us physically. All our experiences throughout our lives have molded and created the stories our bodies express. We will help you find your unique pathway for your process to heal from within.
Charity and Noreen’s training and over 20 years of experience are the foundation for Temenos Wellness courses. We aim to propel you forward into healing your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual self. We will supply and guide you with the tools to move through your life with freedom from the past and manifest momentum toward a positive future. Because each of us is so unique, our personal healing journey will look and feel differently from another’s.
Our consultation appointments help you choose the program and classes that best suit your healing needs. Additionally, we offer 1:1 support sessions to help you integrate and follow up support after your coursework is done.

Working with Noreen was a real privilege. So often on our healing journey, we start with the spiritual body and completely neglect our physical vessels.
